If you have an accident
You have to call us immediately regardless of the accident conditions, before calling the police
In case from the accidents have resulted injured or deceased persons you have to call the Police and stay at the scene of the accident until they arrive. If you don't stay at the scene of an accident with injured or deceased persons you will be prosecuted
In Romania it is customary to call the police in for any incident, even for fender-bender. For small scale incidents you have to go to the police, collision bureau ("Birou Tamponari" ).

In you need technical assistance
If you have technical problem and you need assistance you have to call us immediately. Ecoline will send somebody from a repair shop in that area or directly form the nearest hub (Brasov or Bucharest).
In case we cannot repair the car within few our time frame we shall replace it with a similar one or with a superior class.
